Terms and conditions


These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to purchases in the online shop www.socksroll.com, operated by Firma LEON Andrzej Demkiv (address of the place of business Senatorska 249A, 35-317, Rzeszów, Poland) VAT ID: PL9731070899, National Business Registry Number (REGON):386006124, е-mail address: contact@socksroll.com


  • Consumer Contract – any contract, irrespective of its legal form, which is concluded between the supplier and the consumer.
  • Terms and Conditions – the following Online Store terms and conditions.
  • Seller (“Socks Roll”, “we” or “us”) – a limited liability company operating the online shop.
  • Buyer (“you”) – a customer that enters into a contractual relation with the Seller under the purchase contract.
  • Customer – any natural person capable of making legal acts or any legal entity that has shown an interest in purchasing products in the online shop. In certain circumstances, the customer may hereunder also mean a third party designated by the customer in the binding order as the person to whom the ordered products are to be delivered.
  • Online Store – the Service Provider’s store available at the Internet address: www.socksroll.com


When you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Please note that this email will be an acknowledgement only and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract will be formed when we send you an e-mail confirming that the products have been dispatched. Only those products listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in our contract. When using the Online Store, please make sure that all details you provide are true and correct. We will use the details provided to communicate with you about your order.


The prices displayed on the Website do not include delivery costs, which are charged separately. Prices are gross prices expressed in EUR and include all the components including taxes and duties.The Buyer is obliged to pay the Seller the price agreed for the products in the order confirmation by selecting one of the following payment methods:

  • payment via Visa, MasterCard or Maestro credit cards – the Order is sent not earlier than upon positive confirmation for full Order price payment,
  • payment via PayPal, STRIPE – the Order is sent not earlier than upon positive confirmation for full Order price payment.


The products are usually shipped on the next working day from Poland. However, due to unexpected events the delivery times are sometimes longer, for example as a result of postal delays or force majeure events. Dispatch times may also be longer during times with higher sales volumes, such as holiday seasons.
When placing an order, you may choose standard shipping or tracked shipping.
Shipping costs will be added where applicable and for the delivery option chosen.
The Buyer is obliged to collect the shipped Products.


During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request a refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition. Returns will only be accepted if products have not been damaged or altered. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Socks Roll. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Any shipping charges for returns will be at your own expense, postal services may be used for the return. Refunds for returned products will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used to make the payment. Please note that the refund will be made for the entire product cost, however excluding shipping costs.

Buyers have the right to withdraw from the Consumer Contact, as a distance contract, without stating any reasons, within 14 days from receipt of shipped Products, unless the following exception:

  • custom-order or personalised items (ex. engraved jewelry, photo album,),
  • goods that spoil or perish quickly,
  • goods which have been unsealed after delivery by you and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection,
  • sealed audio or visual recordings or software that has been unsealed after delivery. If the Buyer determines that the delivered Product has a defect, they should inform the Socks Roll.

If the Buyer wants to withdraw from the contract, it is sufficient to contact us via email at the address: contact@socksroll.com

We reserve the right to change these Conditions at any time without prior notice. The Conditions available on the Website at the time of your order, is the version applicable to your order.

Any matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be regulated by the relevant provisions of common law, esp. the provisions of the Civil Code, consumer rights act, act on copyrights and related rights, and personal data protection regulations.
